Precast wall panels being craned into place on a multi-storey frame, with finished units stacked on site

Precast concrete manufacturing · Pan India

precast

Walls, floors, staircases, culverts and security structures cast and cured under factory control, then delivered finished. Nothing is mixed or poured at the site, so the programme stops waiting on weather, labour and curing time.

Precast means the concrete is finished before it reaches the site, so the site only has to assemble it.

Every unit is batched, cast, cured and tested on a factory floor where the mix, the temperature and the tolerance can all be measured. What arrives is a component, not an ingredient.

Six sectors, one method: cast it under cover, deliver it ready to set.

The same casting discipline serves a metro culvert, a hospital floor plate and a hotel screen. What changes is the mould, the finish and the erection sequence.

What we make

Six sectors, each with its own units, finishes and erection sequence.

Defence and government precast concrete application

01. Defence and government

Bunkers, perimeter walls and security posts

Rifle-resistant modular bunkers, blast and perimeter walls, guard posts, anti-ram barriers and vehicle inspection structures. Units are cast in M50 to M120 grade concrete, ballistically tested, and dry-assembled on site without cranes, so a position is occupied the same day it is delivered.

Infrastructure and transit precast concrete application

02. Infrastructure and transit

Culverts, drains, boundary walls and transit structures

Box culverts, U-drains, manhole chambers, kerbs, pavers, cable ducts, retaining panels and compound walling for road, rail and metro works. Factory casting removes the wet trades from the corridor, so lane closures shorten and the programme stops depending on weather windows.

Institutional and education precast concrete application

03. Institutional and education

Schools, hospitals, hostels and campus buildings

Load-bearing wall panels, hollow-core floor slabs, staircases, columns and beams for classroom blocks, hospital wings and hostel buildings. A campus can be erected floor by floor around an academic calendar, because the structure arrives cured and the site sees assembly rather than construction.

04. Residential

Walls, floors, staircases and facades for housing

Precast wall panels, hollow-core slabs, staircases, balconies, parapets and boundary walls for apartments, townships and villas. Dimensional tolerance holds to about five millimetres, so finishes go straight onto the panel and plaster, wastage and rework fall away.

Warehouse walls, dock structures and paving

Cladding and dividing walls, dock levellers, plinth beams, trench covers, heavy-duty paving and fire-separation panels for warehouses, cold stores and manufacturing sheds. Spans are cast to the grid the shed is designed on, which keeps the clear internal height and the racking layout intact.

Architectural facades, screens and landscape elements

Jali screens, textured and exposed-aggregate facade panels, planters, pool coping, bollards and landscape furniture for hotels and resorts. Architectural finishes are moulded in the factory, so the surface that arrives on site is the surface the architect signed off.

Drawings or a sketch, the quantity, the finish and where it has to be delivered. That is enough for us to come back with a specification and a rate rather than a brochure.
